The Sandbrock Ranch community offers a variety of amenities from a resort-style pool and fitness center to walking trails, a dog park, and community spaces. There’s something here for everyone to enjoy.

Carriage House
Monday - Saturday | 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Closed Saturday 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM for lunch
Closed Saturday 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM for lunch
Our beautiful amenity center, referred to as the Carriage House, is designed as the central location where friendly neighbors come together for great times, whether scheduled or spontaneous. Because sometimes fun is planned, and sometimes it just happens.
The Carriage House features:
- Demonstrations Kitchen
- Fitness Center
- Lakeside Patio & Fire Pit
- Covered Back Porch
- HOA Offices
Pool & Splash Pad
The hours of operation for our resort-style pool & splash pad are seasonal.
Hours are currently: 7 am - 9 pm. Beginning May 3, 2025.
Our pool area is an oasis of fun on warm summer days. When the sun is out, come on in! You can expect to enjoy the following:

Fitness Center
Open daily from 4:00 AM to 11:00 PM.
If getting your heart rate up is how you like to stay fit, we’ve got you covered with state-of-the-art cardio machines. If you prefer the steady repetition of building and toning muscle, our weight machines are designed for your lifting needs.
Everything you need for your daily workout is all in our beautiful fitness room, which overlooks the lake and pool.

Dog Park
Open daily from sunrise to sunset.
Our residents’ furry friends can run leash-free at Scout’s Corner. Our 1.6-acre dog park is part of our amenity campus and centrally located just across from the Carriage House.
It’s a “pawsitively” awesome daily destination for canine fun and exercise.
The dog park also has the following features:

- 1.6 Acres of Open Space
- Separate Play Areas

Lakeside Patio & Fishing Lakes
Come out, embrace the cool breeze, and pair it with a refreshing beverage on our scenic lakeside patio, which features tables, seating, and a shaded awning, perfect for early afternoon picnics or a lightweight evening escape.
You can also enjoy the warm comfort that our lakeside fire pit offers, perfect for gathering with neighbors or hosting a family game night right here in the comfort of your own community.
We also have two amazing lakes that allow for catch-and-release fishing: Lake Sadie and Lake Gertie. Both lakes are fully stocked with the following:

Treehouse
Nestled under a leafy canopy and located near Carriage House, our treehouse evokes nostalgic memories of simple outdoor play.
