New Resident Orientation
New residents must participate in the Sandbrock Ranch Orientation to receive their amenity and mailbox keys (only new builds will receive mailbox keys during orientation). This process will inform residents about available resources and HOA dues, require them to sign agreements, and provide an opportunity for new homeowners to ask any questions about the community.
Please bring your Closing Disclosure (either a paper document or an email is acceptable) and a valid form of identification.
We accept orientation appointments no later than 5:30 PM, Monday – Saturday.
