Please be advised that the HOA is not involved with or associated with any utility work performed within the community. This includes, but is not limited to, electrical, water, sewer, telecommunications, natural gas, cable, internet, or any other utility services.

Utility work is planned, managed, and completed solely by the respective service providers. As such, the HOA is not responsible for scheduling, overseeing, coordinating, or addressing any questions or concerns related to utility projects or services.

If you experience any damage to your property as a result of utility work, please contact the applicable utility provider directly to report the issue and arrange for a resolution. We also encourage residents to note the company name and contact information displayed on utility vehicles while work is being performed, as this will help you reach the appropriate provider if needed.

Bulk Trash (Must schedule pick up) Bulk Trash Information: Bulk items include furniture, mattresses, appliances, carpet, limbs, and brush. Bulk items will be collected weekly on your service day starting August 1st, 2024. Bulk Trash must be curbside by 7 am on collection day Do not exceed 4 cubic yards per month Ensure trash is contained Limbs and brush must be bundled, not exceeding 3' x 3' x 3' and weighing no more than 50 pounds. If you need a special pickup or items over 50 pounds, please email CityOfAubrey@republicservices.com to schedule a collection.
