Quarterly assessment payments are due on:
- January 1st
- April 1st
- July 1st
- October 1st
Late fees are applied to any unpaid balance after the month in which it is due. Homeowners are strongly encouraged to establish a recurring payment arrangement to prevent late fees.
How do I pay my assessments?
Updated Resident Portal (Single Sign-On for Electronic Payments) - Recommended
While all of the previous payment options you used are still available to you, with CCMC's new resident portal, BUURT, you can set up single sign-on (SSO) with Western Alliance Bank to make payments, view your account balance, and access community information all in one place!
After activating SSO, you can set up all these payment types directly from the portal:
- Recurring ACH Payments
- One-time and recurring electronic check payments
- One-time and recurring credit/debit card payments

Even though single sign-on will allow you to make payments through Western Alliance Bank from the BUURT resident portal, CCMC and Western Alliance Bank are not related companies, and the payment portal is maintained by Western Alliance Bank.
Pay by Mail
When paying by mail, make checks payable to Sandbrock Ranch Association and include your account number on each check. Send your payment along with your statement stub to:

Previous Online Payment Options Through Western Alliance Bank
If you decide not to register for an account in the CCMC portal and activate single sign-on for paying your assessment, you can still make the following payment types directly through Western Alliance Bank:
- Recurring ACH Payments
- Recurring Electronic Check Payments
- One-Time Electronic Check & Credit/Debit Card Payments
Please note that these options require signing in directly to the previous Western Alliance Bank payment system here. If you have trouble with this account, please contact Western Alliance Bank directly at 1-844-739-2331. CCMC and WAB are not related companies, and the payment portal is maintained by WAB.
If you are using the Western Alliance Bank system, the Management Company ID is 6675, the Association ID is 6XM for Sandbrock Ranch, and the six-digit account number for your property is listed on your quarterly assessment statement.
Pay in Office
You may drop off a check or money order at the Carriage House during business hours.

Checks should be made payable to Sandbrock Ranch Association and include your account number on the memo line.
