Meet the Team

The Association has a contract with CCMC to manage the day to day operations of the Community Association.  CCMC was formed in 1973 and is based in Scottsdale, AZ.  CCMC operates in 10 states and manages over 200 Associations.  The role of CCMC is to implement the policies set by the Board, manage the financial aspects of the Association, supervise the companies contracted to work on-site, enforce the covenants, ensure that all modifications to the exterior of the home are in compliance with the Design Guidelines, oversee the Amenity Center and common areas as well as lifestyle operations.  For more information about CCMC, please visit

After proudly serving as your Member Service Associate for one year and six months, Michelle joins the Lifestyle team with years of experience in property management and event coordination. Michelle is excited to bring innovative and diverse events that reflect the beautifully diverse community of Sandbrock Ranch!

Originally from Plano, Texas, Michael has recently earned a Bachelor’s degree in Communications from the University of North Texas. Michael is excited to begin working alongside the CCMC team as the Communications Coordinator to make sure all residents experience the Live True Lifestyle!

Beatriz serves as your primary in-person point of contact at the Carriage House for all things Sandbrock Ranch. From answering general and new homeowner questions to processing architectural modification requests, Beatriz's primary goal is to ensure that prospects, new homeowners, and current residents enjoy and understand the Sandbrock Ranch dynamic!
