Community Management
The Association has a contract with CCMC to manage the day-to-day operations of the Community Association. CCMC was formed in 1973 and is based in Scottsdale, AZ. CCMC operates in 10 states and manages over 200 Associations. The role of CCMC is to implement the policies set by the Board, manage the financial aspects of the Association, supervise the companies contracted to work on-site, enforce the covenants, ensure that all modifications to the exterior of the home are in compliance with the Design Guidelines, oversee the Amenity Center and common areas as well as lifestyle operations.

Paige Mendez brings extensive experience supporting both master-planned and established communities, along with a strong passion for helping residents feel connected and supported. Her commitment to exceptional service and natural ability to build meaningful relationships make her a wonderful part of the Sandbrock Ranch team.
As Community Manager, Paige helps guide financial stewardship, supports residents and the Board, coordinates with vendors, and works to ensure Sandbrock Ranch remains a welcoming and well-cared-for community. She looks forward to collaborating with residents, the team, and the broader community while fostering strong relationships throughout Sandbrock Ranch.
Paige lives nearby in Pilot Point and enjoys spending time with her two children and getting lost in a great book, often finishing one in just a few days. She also brings a fun mantra to her work and life: “No bad Mondays!”

Michelle Hines has been a proud member of the HOA team since 2021 and currently serves as the Lifestyle Director at Sandbrock Ranch. Known for her innovative spirit and collaborative approach, Michelle is passionate about creating engaging programs and memorable events that truly reflect the vibrant personalities and interests of the Sandbrock community.
With years of experience in property management and event coordination, Michelle brings both creativity and thoughtful planning to every initiative. She takes great pride in fostering opportunities for neighbors to connect, celebrate, and build lasting relationships.
Michelle is honored to serve the Sandbrock Ranch community, leading with purpose, creating with passion, and always putting residents at the heart of everything she does.

Tori is a UNT graduate with a major in fashion merchandising and a minor in consumer experience. After years of accumulating content creation, email design, and website development experience from her previous roles, Tori is dedicated to delivering exciting news and information about the community to residents. Creating an inclusive digital community amongst the Sandbrock Ranch residents is a top priority for her.
Outside of the Sandbrock Ranch community, Tori enjoys reading thrillers/mystery novels and spending time with her family. On Sundays, she looks forward to Formula 1 races and cuddling with her cat, Penelope. Tori is a huge Swiftie!

She lives in Aubrey with her wonderful husband, and her hobbies include high-intensity interval training at the gym, pickleball, and watching TV. She loves food trucks, swimming, taking walks around the block, and animals. An interesting fact about Caprice is that she’s a dual citizen of Switzerland and speaks German. She is excited join the Sandbrock family!
