COMMUNITY MANAGEMENT
The Association has a contract with CCMC to manage the day to day operations of the Community Association.  CCMC was formed in 1973 and is based in Scottsdale, AZ.  CCMC operates in 10 states and manages over 200 Associations.  The role of CCMC is to implement the policies set by the Board, manage the financial aspects of the Association, supervise the companies contracted to work on-site, enforce the covenants, ensure that all modifications to the exterior of the home are in compliance with the Design Guidelines, oversee the Amenity Center and common areas as well as lifestyle operations.  For more information about CCMC, please visit www.CCMCnet.com.
